The Lake House
The “Hill” at Lakewood Farms includes a 6,500 square foot, 8 bedroom mid-century modern main house, a 3 bedroom guest house, a boat house on the lake and a tennis court near the baseball diamond. In total, the “Hill” sleeps 36.
The Lake House is designed to commune and celebrate. Floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceiling, double great room, second floor balcony overlook the lake. Two bedrooms on the first floor, six bedrooms on the second. Every pair of bedrooms share a full bath. The first floor bath is handicap accessible. Two first floor powder rooms are also available.
Availability and Pricing
Pricing available upon request and subject to change under contract is executed. Includes exclusive access to Lake House (sleeps 22), Guest House (sleeps 14), boathouse, beach, lake, ball diamond, and tennis court. Does not include 5.5% sales tax. You can reserve like a block of rooms at a hotel and pass the costs to your overnight guests. A separate event fee will apply if you host your event on the grounds of the hill.
