Exclusive barn access Saturday 9 am to midnight for the event. Friday 12p-6p and Sunday 9a-12p available for setup and takedown. Vendors may deliver and pickup from Thursday through Monday.
Barn. Newly renovated unique historical cattle auction barn that is 8,000 sq. ft., half enclosed and half open-air covered pavilion featuring four sets of sliding barn doors each opening to expansive views of rolling fields, meadows and forests of Lakewood Farm.
Courtyard. 40,000 sq. ft. grass courtyard adjacent to the barn with a majestic oak tree perfect for outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hours, Pinterest worthy photo back drops, and yard games.
Lighting. 3-tiered dimmed lighting scheme in the barn: on the top are chandeliers lighting the intricate roof trellis. Below that rows of fixtures inspired by the original lights intended to illuminate each Black Angus bull at auction. And finally a lower level of dangling, twinkling lights for enhancing romance, ambiance, and subtlety.
Parking. On-site gravel and field parking for 100 cars plus space for buses and shuttles
Wooden Benches. We provide 26 wooden 8’ long benches. Each will seat 4-5 people. Use for ceremony seating or dining.
Tables and chairs. Multiple styles available through our partner All Star Rentals to match to your taste, budget, and layout (you contract with vendor directly).
Luxury mobile restrooms with lights, running water, mirror, hand towels, etc.

Everything in the Barn only package plus extra time so you and your vendors can reduce stress and enjoy making your event as special as you want it to be.
Log Cabin. Onsite professionally designed luxury log cabin. Friday and Saturday night stay is included. Additional nights available for rent at discounted rate if confirmed 9 months before event date. Seasonal rates apply.

Lake House. Friday and Saturday nights onsite accommodations overlooking one of the few private lakes in Wisconsin for rent in our 6,500 sq. ft. mid-century home on top of the hill overlooking a private 26 acre lake.
The house sleeps 22 in eight bedrooms and the three bedroom guest house next door sleeps 12-14. Please note that this is also marketed as a separate vacation rental so dates can be rented by non-wedding guests (please check with us for availability as our available dates listed are for the venue only). Couples often treat this option like a block of rooms at a hotel. The couple may choose to pass on the cost to the guests that are staying at the house. As the hosts, you determine how much your guests pay toward the guest lodging.

Other Important Details
5.5% sales tax is not included in pricing. Event insurance is required and runs an estimated additional $100-$150 (you pay directly to the insurer).
$3,000 reservation fee required to reserve dates for the venue portion (e-check or paper check, no credit cards please). An additional payment is due nine months before your event. Full payment required four months before your event. If applicable, the Lake House lodging portion will have additional $3,000 reservation fee to reserve dates.
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rated and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date of the contract, not the date of the tour.)
